Lovisa Niklasson is a singer/songwriter from southern Öland, now living in Stockholm, who creates Swedish music with a strong focus on lyrics and emotion.
In May 2021, she released her debut EP “Skyttegravar”, where the austere, stripped-down and windswept environment of southern Öland reflects her music and songs.
In the spring of 2023, Lovisa appeared in SVT’s prestigious program Songland, where her song “Golvet i hallen”, originally written by Lovisa herself, took home the winning prize. The song was later reworked together with Joakim Berg, Oscar Sia and Carl Falk and released by Oscar Sia on Sony Records.
Since then, Lovisa has been deeply engaged in songwriting and self-discovery, and plans to release new music under her own name in 2025, continuing the journey of healing and embracing her own worth.
