Light of Day

On November 30th the event Light of Day returns to Oskarshamn and Strike to once again support the fight against Parkinson’s disease, ALS and PSP. This tour, organized by the Light of Day Foundation, started in 2007 and has grown into an annual tradition. This year there will be ten concerts in six European countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Italy. Joe D’Urso, James Maddock, Williams Honor and Rob Dye will perform alongside local artists. This year we got Alfred Ekwall from the band evelyne on stage, and these are the other local acts performing: Jonas Frykman, Ingegerd Wessel and Thomas Högklint. The tour is a celebration of the power of music and a way to raise funds for research into neurodegenerative diseases. Light of day is arranged by Oskarshamn Live in Sweden.
