New Music Release

There’s a particular kind of courage in stripping everything away.

Last week Martin Lönegren released his new song – Four Bars at a Time, the opening piece in a four-part series that will unfold throughout the spring, forming the first half of his self-produced double-EP Stripped.

Recorded at home, arranged and produced entirely by Lönegren himself, the track leans into restraint rather than spectacle. Acoustic textures. Unvarnished vocals. Silence used as intention.

If his debut album Waterline traced the contours of burnout and return, Stripped narrows the lens even further, asking what it means to stay present in a restless world.
