Three Great Sessions!

 This monday was the final session of the competence development program for organizers, run by Småland Live together with Attraktiva Oskarshamn.

Bosse from TalentCoach participated in all three sessions, and it’s been truly inspiring!

The program across these three sessions focused on:

  • Engagement – within the organizing group and among the audience
  • Youth – making space for young organizers and a young audience
  • Social media – reaching your audience and showing who you are online
